Gemini Chocolate, founded by Samuel Chandler in his native Yorkshire, is a multiple Best Taste award winner, and a real rare gem. Somewhat of a renaissance man, Samuel completed a masters degree at the Royal College of Music before turning his attention to making some of the best chocolate we’ve ever tasted.

At Gemini, making chocolate is viewed as a form of alchemy. Using only organic, single origin and extremely rare “Queen of Cacao” creole beans sourced from peru and the finest and most inventive natural ingredients such as palmyra tree blossom, Gemini create chocolate which defies its reputation for being unhealthy.
